imyembe (mango) ni urubuto ruribwa ndetse rugira uburyohe butangaje kandi yuzuyemo intungamubiri zitandukanye harimo vitamine A, vitamine, C, vitamine K, B6 ndetse n’imyunyu ngugu nka calicium, phosphore, potassium, sodium, selenium, copper na zinc. Ibi byose bituma umubiri uhorana ubudahangarwa.
