OMS ivuga iki ku kibazo cyo kwiyahura kiri mu biri kugarukwaho mu Rwanda muri iyi minsi?

Ishami ry’umuryango w’abibumbye rishinze ubuzima ku isi (OMS), ritangaza ko abantu barenga 700 000 bapfa bazize kwiyahura buri mwaka ku isi hose, ni ukuvuga ko umuntu umwe apfa mu masegonda 40 azize kwiyahura. Hari ibimenyetso kandi byerekana ko kuri buri muntu mukuru wapfuye azize kwiyahura, hashobora kuba hari abandi barenga 20 bagerageje kwiyahura.

OMS ivuga ko Kwiyahura ari ibintu byugarije isi; kuburyo 77% by’abantu biyahura babarizwa mu bihugu bikiri mu nzira y’amajyambere. Bagaragaza ko mu 2019 kwiyahura byagize 1,3% by’abantu bapfuye ku isi yose, bikaba ku mwanya wa 17 mu bahitanywe n’imfu muri uwo mwaka.

Mu Rwanda nubwo nta mibare igaragara y’abantu biyahura, ariko ni ibintu bigenda byumvikana hirya no hino mu gihugu. Urugero rwa vuba ni mu ntangiriro z’icyi cyumweru tariki 14 Kamena 2021, aho umusore n’umukobwa Mbitsemunda Jean Baptiste w’imyaka 25 na Mukarukundo Sandrine w’imyaka 20 bombi bakomoka mu karere ka Ngorororero biyahuriye mu mugezi wa Nyabarongo, bazirikanyije amaboko. Si abo gusa kandi hari n’izindi ngero tutarondora z’abiyahura mu Rwanda, ibintu bimaze gufata indi ntera ku buryo hatagize igikorwa mu minsi ya vuba imfu z’abiyahura zishobora kuzahitana abantu kurenza abishwa n’indwara.

Mu 2019 OMS yavuze ko umubare w’ibihugu byashyizeho ingamba zo gukumira no kurinda abantu kwiyahura ari bikeya nubwo hari intambwe yari imaze guterwa kuva mu myaka 5 yari ishize. Yagaragazaga ko ibihugu 38 byonyine ku isi ari byo byashyizeho izo ngamba zihamye zo gufasha abantu kwirinda kwiyambura ubuzima. Aha rero ni ho yahereye isaba za leta z’ibihugu gushyiraho ingamba zihamye zizahangana n’icyo kibazo ku buryo burambye.

Umuyobozi mukuru wa OMS, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus yagize ati: "Umuntu umwe apfa buri masegonda 40 azize kwiyahura." Ati: “Urupfu rwose ni amahano ku muryango, ku nshuti ndetse na bagenzi bawe. Nyamara kwiyahura bishobora kwirindwa. Turahamagarira ibihugu byose gushyira mu bikorwa ingamba zashyizweho zo gukumira imfu ziterwa no kwiyahura hagam ijwe iterambere ry’ubuzima burambye.”

Ese kwiyahura biterwa n’iki? Byakumirwa gute?

Kwiyahura ni igikorwa cyo gutegura kwiyica ubwawe. Kwiyahura biterwa no kugira agahinda gakabije (depression). ni ikiza kitareba gusa uhombye ubuzima, ahubwo bigira ingaruka mbi ku muryango kuko usigarana agahinda, ubwigunge, urwikekwe n’ikimwaro... Kwiyahura kandi bigira ingaruka mbi ku muryango mugari, ku itorero, no ku gihugu muri rusange.

Abantu biyahura hafi ya bose babanza kugira ibibazo byo mu bwonko (mental disorders). Ikindi gishobora gutera kwiyahura ni indwara nka kanseri, indwara y’umutima. kwiyahura ntibishobora guhagarikwa n’amasengesho gusa, ahubwo hari n’abaganga bashinzwe gukurikirana abafite ibibazo birebana n’imikorere y’ubwonko.

Bibiliya ibivugaho iki?

Imana yahaye buri wese muri twe ubuzima kugira ngo akore umurimo wayo. Imibiri yacu ni iy’Imana, ntituri abacu ngo twigenge. Ni ubushake bwayo kugena igihe umurimo wacu hano ku isi uzarangirira.

Umuntu wese aba agomba kubaha umubiri we kuko ari urusengero rw’umwuka w’Imana “mbese ntimuzi ko imibiri yanyu ari insengero z’umwuka wera uri mwe, uwo mufite wavuye ku Mana? Kandi ntimuri abanyu ngo mwigenge kuko mwaguzwe igiciro. Nuko rero mutume imibiri yanyu ihimbaza Imana” Abakorinto 6: 19:20

Akenshi duca mu bihe bikomeye mu buzima bwacu, iyo ibintu bitagenze uko twabishakaga nabyo bituma dutakaza ibyiringiro by’ubuzima. Mu bihe nk’ibyo nibwo tuba dukwiye kwiga guca bugufi imbere y’Imana, niho twigira agaciro k’isengesho kandi tukahigira gufasha abandi babaye, nubwo tutagomba gusenga gusa igihe turi mu bibazo ahubwo tugomba gusenga mu byiza no mu bibi . Mu gihe tubona ko ibintu birushijeho kuba bibi, tugomba kumenya neza ko aribwo Imana iba idufitiye urukundo rudasanzwe.

Abantu usanga bibaza niba umuntu upfuye yiyahuye ashobora kubabarirwa akajya mu ijuru, ariko Bibiliya nta gisubizo iduha. Gusa ntaho tubona ishyigikira kwiyahura ahubwo irabyamagana. Abakristo benshi bizera ko icyo Imana yaturemeye ari ukubaho ubuzima bwacu bwose aho kuba ari twe tugena iherezo ry’ubuzima bwacu.

Kugira agahinda gakabije ni kimwe mu bitera abantu kwiyahura.

Ibitekerezo byinshi byo kwiyahura bishamikiye ku ndwara y’agahinda gakabije (depression) ariko gatuma umuntu agira ubwihebe ndetse n’ubwigunge. Mu by’ukuri agahinda gakabije kangiza ubwonko bw’umuntu kugeza aho yiyanga, akumva ko gupfa bimurutira kubaho.

Ubushakashatsi bwakozwe n’ikigo gishinzwe ubuzima bwo mu mutwe (National Institute of Mental Health)bwagaragaje ko agahinda gakabije (depression) ari ukudakora neza k’ubwonko, bikaba byavurwa n’imiti n’abaganga b’inzobere mu kuvura indwara z’ubwonko.

Ibitekerezo byo gutakaza ibyiringiro, guhangayika, gucika intege cyangwa umunaniro, kuvuga gahoro, kwibagirwa buri kanya, kunanirwa gufata imyanzuro, gutakaza appétit, gutakaza ibiro, kunanirwa gusinzira cyangwa gusinzira bikabije, gutekereza gupfa cyangwa kwiyahura. Kurwara umutwe, kugira ibibazo by’igogora nta mpamvu igaragara ibitera kandi bigakomera kubivura.

Niba wowe ubwawe cyangwa undi muntu uzi, afite agahinda gakabije cyangwa atekereza kwiyahura, ni ngombwa gushaka ubufasha ako kanya. Utibagiwe kandi kwiyambaza impuguke ku bijyanye n’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe kugira ngo ahabwe inama zabugenewe nibiba ngombwa ahabwe n’imiti yamufasha gusubiza ubwenge ku murongo.
