• Kugagara ibice bimwe na bimwe
• Kunanirwa kuvuga ndetse no kumira
• Kwibagirwa cyane ndetse no kunanirwa gutekereza
• Ibibazo byibasira amarangamutima nk’agahinda gakabije n’ibindi.
• Kugira umubabaro mu ngingo zubatse umubiri cyane cyane mu kabokok’imoso
• Kugira impinduka mu mico no mu myifatire no kutabasha kwiyitaho(koga, kwambara imyenda, gusasa,n’ibindi).

Icyo wakora mu rwego rwo kwirinda kurwara sitoroke(stroke).

 Kuringaniza ibiro ndetse n’urugimbu
 Gukurikiza inama za muganga mu gihe urwaye indwara runaka cyane cyane indwara zitandura.
